Mr. Joseph Kasaji
Community Relations and Chaplaincy Advisor
Mr. Joseph Kasaji serves as Community Relations & Chaplaincy Advisor for GHCS Canada, bringing a respected background in pastoral leadership, education, business, family life, and community engagement. As a pastor, college teacher, businessman, husband, and father, he brings a grounded understanding of people, families, service, and the importance of compassionate support during vulnerable seasons of life. In his advisory role with GHCS Canada, Mr. Kasaji supports the organisation’s commitment to community trust, spiritual sensitivity, ethical service, and relationship-building. His contribution is centred on guidance, encouragement, chaplaincy support, and strengthening GHCS Canada’s connection with families, faith communities, and local networks. Mr. Kasaji’s role is non-operational in nature. He does not participate in day-to-day business management or financial decision-making, but instead provides community-facing insight, pastoral wisdom, and values-based support consistent with GHCS Group’s mission of compassionate, person-centred care. Known for his empathy, integrity, calm presence, and commitment to service, Mr. Kasaji helps GHCS Canada maintain a people-first approach rooted in dignity, respect, and genuine care for individuals and families.

Mr. Neil Lees
Director of Marketing and Client Acquisition
Mr. Neil Lees serves as Director of Marketing & Client Acquisition for GHCS Canada, bringing over a decade of retail management experience, customer relationship leadership, and a deeply personal understanding of family care. He supports GHCS Canada’s outreach, client acquisition, and community engagement efforts with a strong focus on trust, empathy, and service excellence. Neil’s commitment to care is shaped not only by professional experience, but by lived responsibility. He was a primary carer for his father during a serious terminal cancer journey. Since his father’s passing in 2023, he has continued to care for his elderly mother in his own home. At GHCS Canada, Neil helps translate this personal insight and leadership discipline into meaningful relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
